• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm retreat bookings

• Remaining balances are due 60 days before the retreat start date

• Cancellations more than 30 days before a retreat may be eligible for a partial refund

• Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended

• Schedules may change due to unforeseen circumstances

• Event materials are for personal use only

• Membership is billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time (no refunds for the current billing period)
